The lifetime guarantee covers lamps, all damage including accidents. Simply let us know and we will replace without penalty.
We reccomend on a monthly basis. However, if insect activity is high and the board is full, replace! We offer an unlimited supply so when you are down to the last one, let us know and we will send you more.
The No-Fli standard uses lamps that need changing every 12 months to ensure the product is still effective. If you are using a No-Fli with Advanced LED UV lamps. These will need changing after 20000 hours of operation. (UV levels decrease over time) These will be sent automatically along with an email reminder. If a lamp fails before this time, simply let us know and we will send a new one out. At No-Fli we automatically send the lamps out with a reminder when it is time to change.
We designed No-Fli so you did not need tools or a service call out like pest control to change anything. It simply takes 2-3 seconds to change a board (really clean and easy) and 5 seconds to change a lamp. The easiest flykiller to keep clean and working on the market!
