Yes! We send it free to you when you agree to maintain it within your membership subscription. If you cancel, we do not insist you send it back either.

The lifetime guarantee covers lamps, all damage including accidents. Simply let us know and we will replace without penalty.
We reccomend on a monthly basis. However, if insect activity is high and the board is full, replace! We offer an unlimited supply so when you are down to the last one, let us know and we will send you more.
If you are using a No-Fli with standard fluorescent UV lamps. These will need changing by the 12th month of operation. (UV levels decrease over time) These will be sent automatically along with an email reminder. If a lamp fails before this time, simply let us know and we will send a new one out.
We designed No-Fli so you did not need tools or a service call out like pest control to change anything. It simply takes 2-3 seconds to change a board (really clean and easy) and 5 seconds to change a lamp. The easiest flykiller to keep clean and working on the market!
